NUA on Individual Stocks held in Brokeragelink(Fidelity)
Is it possible to do net unrealized appreciation on individual stock positions held inside a brokeragelink account for a current 401K plan?
This is not their company stock.
Fidelity/Plan does allow for in-kind transfers of those positions.

NUA treatment can only be applied to “securities of the employer corporation.”
