IRA BENEFICIARY
Hello i have IRA AND ROTH IRA if i name my son as succesor beneficiary and my grandchildren as next succesor beneficiary after my death my son will be owner of inheridated account . If he disclaims in 9 months of my death my grandchildren will be account owner will his spouse has to disclaime too? what is best way beneficiary designation or trust so his spouse does not get ownership or controll of account.

If your son disclaims, his spouse will not have to. Even in community property states inherited money remains separate property. Beneficiaries and successor beneficiaries should name their own beneficiary as soon as possible after establishing beneficial ownership.
