Can Existing 401k take advantage of auto enroll credit
Can an existing solo-K or 401k take advantage of the $500 credit for auto enrollment if it is installed in the plan after the plan has been in existence longer than 5 years?

Yes.
But the plan will have to be amended to include auto enrollment, and that will trigger an amendment fee. Seems odd that an “eligible employer” would include a sole K owner, but apparently it does.
