Confused on 5-year waiting period rule on withdrawing funds converted from IRA to ROTH-IRA after age 59-1/2.

My IRA & ROTH-IRA are both 15 years old.

I’ve converted some funds from my IRA to my ROTH-IRA for the past 3 years (ages 62, 63 & 64).  I am now age 65, and am confused if I can withdraw ALL of my converted funds AND gains tax-free & penalty free now or not? – since I have not met the 5-year holding period rule for these conversions. (I am getting conflicting info re: whether a 5 year holding period clock starts ticking for each conversion even after age 59-1/2 in order to be able to withdraw funds tax & penalty free).

rsvp + can you include the IRS sections that specifically address this(?)  thankyou
