Inherited IRA EDB
Hello,
If we have a client who was 64 and passed away, was not married, and had no children, named his two cousins as his beneficiaries on his IRA. Each of his beneficiaries is also 64. Is it correct that they are not bound to the 10-year distribution rule? Rather, they can continue to stretch the IRA since they are not more than 10 years younger. Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct because they are EDBs.
