Pre Secure 2.0 Successor Beneficiary IRA distributions

In 2007 an original  IRA owner passes away after his RBD.  He was properly taking his RMDs at the time of his passing.   His daughter, born in 1934, was the successor beneficiary.   Her life expectancy at the time of his passing was 14.1 years and she takes her RMDs properly.    The daughter passes away in 2013 and her daughter (grand daughter) is the named beneficiary.    The grand daughter was born in 1958.   Candidly I do not have all the data.  I am assuming both the original IRA owner and his daughter had taken their RMDs before they passed.   The grand daughter does not know.   My question is what life expectancy distribution table/methodology should the grand daughter have used back in 2013 when her mother passed.   Her financial advisor passed away and locating the paperwork for past distribution methodology is missing.
