Hi:

I am 64 and I am planning to open a Roth 401(k). I already have a funded Roth since 15 years.

My key question is to do a roll over from Roth 401(k) to Roth IRA (Both contribution and potential Gains), do I need to wait for 5 years after opening the Roth 401(k)?
