I have a regular IRA and a Roth IRA. The Roth has been in existence for more than five years.

i am planning to convert the balance in the regular IRA to a Roth over the next few years. In doing the conversion may I just transfer funds from the regular IRA to the existing Roth or should I open a new Roth IRA account to accept the conversions?
