Good morning all,

I am looking for any resources on re-loading stock options. I have a client that has options that are coming due and he got something from an advisor that works with some of their executives about re-loading stock options. It appears that it may not be a taxable event if the client is not subject to AMT. Is this correct and are there any resources on the process for re-loading stock options?
